• We use solid 3/4" to 7/8" wood for our face frame--the best in the industry. It is select grade or better, kiln dried to 6 to 8 percent moisture content. There are no nail holes in the face frame of our cabinets. Face frames are screwed, glued, and clamped for a clean and nail-free appearance. Cross grain scratches are eliminated. Special effort is taken to finish and sand all exposed surfaces of the cabinets.
• We manufacture our own panel doors. Since we plane our own lumber, we are able to offer you a 7/8" to 1” thick door, rather than 3/4" or less like other companies. Moreover, during the process, we hand select lumber that is similar in appearance, giving your cabinetry a more uniform look.
• All interiors of our wood cabinets are melamine, birch/maple, or the same wood species as the exterior. For a melamine interior, we use the best grade of melamine available. It is a thin laminate, which is durable and easy to clean. If the interior is wood, the wood is of superior quality.
• Our hinges are one of the best in the industry. We use Grass self-closing, concealed, three-way adjustable hinges. Our drawer glides are also top quality. We use Grass side-mounted, epoxy-coated drawer tracks for a smooth, strong, and long-lasting drawer. We also offer Accuride full extension drawer glides as an option.
• Our drawer boxes are unique. Baltic birch or maple drawer sides are used with birch drawer bottoms. Baltic birch is a wood that is unique, durable and sturdy. All drawer sides are dovetailed into the front and back of the drawer. Your drawer will be long-lasting and trouble-free.

  A: Our Finish Is Second To None

• We stain our cabinetry using a wiping stain, applied by hand, so that the stain is even and consistent. For top coats, we use a conversion varnish--the best the cabinet industry has to offer. We apply three coats of it--the industry standard is two. Between each finish coat, your cabinetry is sanded and vacuumed. The final coat is hand rubbed for extra smoothness.
